A nationwide digital campaign designed to engage Kenyan youth with fresh data bundles, interactive experiences, and relatable storytelling. The project blended social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and targeted ads to deliver high-impact results.

Background

Safaricom approached us to help reposition its data bundles for a younger audience aged 18–30. The brand needed a modern, culturally relevant approach that would boost conversions and strengthen loyalty. We developed a multi-channel digital strategy rooted in youth culture, community insight, and bold content design. This included TikTok challenges, micro-influencer activations, animated explainer videos, and real-time engagement.
